Event Description: This assignment highlights the "Who", "What", "When", and "Where" of our event Taste of the World. This is where my group laid out all of our brainstorming and ideas for our upcoming event.

Organizational Chart: This assignment highlighted the role of executive event director by touching on areas that would be of great importance in planning our event such as our marketing plan, logistics, volunteer coordinator, entertainment coordinator, risk management, and venue coordinator. 

Vendor Information Sheet: Here is where my group laid our the rules and regulations set for the vendors we anticipated having at our event. This included multiple food vendors and cultural booths to help celebrate Taste Of The World.

Entertainment Agreement: Here is where my group put together an exclusive contract for our planned entertainers. This document refers to the various stipulations to be met by both our party and the performer's party to ensure all requirements on both sides are met and the performances run smoothly.

Site Map Plan: Here is where we drew up a detailed map of where our event would be taking place. In our case, we chose Bronson Park. This document illustrates the various areas we plan for people traffic, as well as where our facilities and waste collection would be located as well. This document was to highlight where our guests would proceed through the event.

Event Timeline: This document highlights our timeline for our event and by which deadline we plan to accomplish each task by. This gives us a guideline by which we can follow and ensure each of our boxes are checked.
