The Event Description Sheet's purpose was to allow my group to take our ideas and put them physically on paper. This was my group's opportunity to brainstorm and discuss our vision for our music festival event. Here is where we identified our events purpose, audience profile, stakeholders, event elements, site considerations, and the necessary concession plans for our event. This is where our ideas took began to take life in our planning process.
